1. Register and create a V-Auction Account

• To join any V-Auction event, you must create a V-Auction account. During registration, you'll need to agree to our Auction Platform's Terms & Conditions. This step ensures we can verify your identity and that you understand and accept our policies.

2. Accept the Bidding Agreement

• Each auction has its own bidding agreement. To place bids and order samples, you must accept the specific agreement for the auction you wish to participate in.
• Please complete the application with as much information as possible to facilitate the review process.

3. Discover more auctions!

• Your V-Auction account grants you access to all coffee auctions hosted by V-Auction.
• Remember, you must apply to bid in each separate auction, even if you already have an account.

A. We will have 2 Types of auction

Day 1: Timed Auction>

• Our first auction day will be a timed auction, where you'll have 4 hours to either place bids or buy items instantly. Unsold lots from this auction could be (or not) carried forward to the second auction.

Day 2: Reverse Auction>

• The second auction will be wild: Prices for all lots will gradually decrease, creating a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The first bid wins: if you place a bid, you accept the current price.

A. Once you accept the bidding agreement, you will be able to place an order for selected samples to taste the coffee before the auction. Please note that some lots may be too small for sampling. However, you can contact us for further information about the coffee, and if available, we will be happy to share it with you.

A. You will need to wait until auction day to bid on the lots. In the meantime, we recommend planning your strategy and budget to increase your chances of winning the lots you want. Before the auction, you can also contact us to request quotes and get an idea of delivery options, timelines, and pricing.

A. Winner information will remain anonymous on the site. However, if you are a successful bidder, you will receive an email from V-auction confirming your company and delivery details, as well as requesting additional information regarding shipping. You must respond to this email as soon as possible.

After this, each seller will contact you individually to arrange payment for the lots. Once the payment is processed, the coffee will be released from our warehouse for delivery..

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that if you are bidding from outside Germany, the process may take longer.

A. FCA (Free Carrier) means that the seller's responsibility ends once the coffee is delivered to the agreed location. In this auction, the delivery points are either Vollers Bremen or Vollers Hamburg, depending on the coffee you win. The coffee price you see in the auction does not include delivery costs. These costs are additional and depend on which delivery point you choose.

A. After the auction, you will receive two invoices:

• One for the lots you have purchased (the coffee price).

• One for the transport costs, which depend on whether the coffee is delivered from Vollers Bremen or Vollers Hamburg and the delivery address you choose. Please note that transport costs are added on top of the coffee price.

A. Yes, you can arrange your own transport. If you prefer to do so, please let us know, and you can coordinate directly with your transport provider. If you choose this option, you will not receive the transport invoice from us. However, if you don't arrange your own transport, we will provide it and send you the additional transport invoice.
